The current preview
The project form prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not submit the information to a website server, store it in browser storage or automatically send email. You review and send through your own email app. The motion control remembers your play or pause choice only for the current browser tab session. The site includes no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or external embeds. The hosting environment may produce access or security logs; the selected production host and its actual practices must be confirmed.
Who is responsible
The legal entity operating as VISIONTONE STUDIO and the public privacy contact still require owner confirmation.
Inquiry information
The draft builder uses the name, email address, business name, service interest and project description you enter, with optional budget and timing information. The message is addressed to hello@visiontone.studio. It reaches the studio only if you send it through your email app. Email handling and retention after receipt still require owner review.
Service providers and transfers
There is no form provider. Your selected email app and email provider handle the draft and transmission when you choose to send. Studio email and hosting arrangements, processing locations and their practices still require owner confirmation.
Retention and protection
Retention criteria, access controls and a deletion process require owner decisions. This draft does not promise a retention period that has not been established.
Choices and questions
A verified privacy contact and request-handling process must be added to the final notice.
Before public release
The owner must approve the actual operating facts and final policy. Any later analytics or advertising tools need a separate decision and an updated description of their use.
